1. Who we are
Aurelius Ressources SAS (“Soultmate Ressources”, “we”) is a marketing performance and analytics operation based in 23 Rue Antigna, 45000 Orléans, France. You can contact us at dev@soultmate.online.
2. 100% internal use of platform data
All data that we process through third-party APIs, including the TikTok for Business Developer API and the TikTok One Creator Marketplace API, is used strictly for our own internal business intelligence, internal campaign reporting and decision-making. We do not build or offer any product, service or dashboard to third parties with this data.
3. Read-only API access
Our API connections operate in a read-only capacity. We use the TikTok One campaign reporting endpoint (/tto/tcm/report/) and related reporting endpoints to retrieve aggregated performance metrics for our own campaigns: views, retention rates, audience demographics (such as country and device), and webpage anchor clicks.
4. Principle of least privilege
Our application requests only the minimum API scopes required for analytical reporting. We do not request, and do not use, access to publish content, manage user accounts or run ad spend.
5. Local storage and no third-party sharing
The reports and analytics data we retrieve are stored in private, local environments and internal databases under our control, with access limited to our own team. We never sell, rent, lease, license or share this data with external third parties or public networks.
6. Data protection
All data transmitted between us and platform APIs is encrypted in transit using HTTPS (TLS). The reports we retrieve contain aggregated statistics; we do not use them to identify individual viewers. We handle any personal data in line with the privacy laws that apply to us, including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, Regulation (EU) 2016/679) and the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD, Law No. 13,709/2018).
7. This website
This website does not set cookies and does not use analytics or advertising trackers. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (for example, the IP address and time of a request) for security and reliability; we do not use these logs to identify visitors.
8. If you write to us
If you send us an email, we use your name, address and message only to reply to you. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your message with others.
9. Your rights
Under the GDPR (European Union) and the LGPD (Brazil), depending on where you live, you may have the right to confirm that we process your personal data and to access it, to have it corrected or deleted, to receive a copy in a portable format, to restrict or object to its use, and to withdraw any consent you gave. To use these rights, write to dev@soultmate.online. We will reply as soon as we can.
You can also contact your data protection authority: in France, the Commission Nationale de l’Informatique et des Libertés (CNIL); in Brazil, the Autoridade Nacional de Proteção de Dados (ANPD).
